The fifteen minute siesta today was a great way to recharge and shift focus to the moment and task at hand which included one sketch. The sketch didn't amount to much; contours of two figures overlapping one another. Later two switch my gears to another meeting; which yielded two 4'x5' panels juxtaposed on a gallery frame.
My art studio is growing and the new 4'x5' panels will compliment the 6'x4' under my smaller supports. Now to build my paint/pigment section, along with a new easel. Nonetheless, my addition of the small siestas during the mid-day are paying off in the evening allowing to share, study, and practice drawing and painting. The siesta power nap is meditative moment to clear my thoughts, and rest at the same time; then later following it up with a peeled lemon eating every last slice enjoying every tart sensation as my senses wake up. The vitamin c is a great bonus as well. The freshly peeled lemon sits next to me and as I sit next to an freshly peeled lemon composing my blog, stay tune~Moysays.
Fall season so far has been fair,I have now entered it with great spirit and joy to be able to do what I do. Which means a whole lot of shuffling around the studio,my day job,and seeking my muse. Alas! the latter seems to be on the horizon? Yet, the horizon is sometimes not clear, so I stay focused on what's at hand, my art; such as, painting people, and drawing. I hope to adventure out more and take in some wonderful vistas and learn more about nature thru my art as well. We will see, what happens next. Right now is where I stand learning about Zydeco music,I feel a trip to the south in order... When? Stay tuned~ Moysays.
